Overseeing shipping & receiving dock operations for 12 facilities and effectively managing operating budget. My department handled the full scope of mail processing including: US Postal, overnight express, mass document and interdepartmental distribution, fax operations, and shipping & receiving. We provide mail support to a national sales force of over 3,000 representatives and over 6,000 administrative, technical, research, and manufacturing personnel in 30 facilities in the Research Triangle Park and Zebulon, North Carolina.

* Consolidated mail and dock service operations supporting 13 facilities
* Staffed new facility while saving the Company $100,000 in staffing costs
* Developed comprehensive standard operating procedures for Mail Service Department
